WHAT WE DID:
We created a climate change powerpoint, we had to research problems, causes and solutions.
We divided them into to categories, our health, and then the effects on the environment.
We took our first trip to Sutton Park and had to find letters in nature
HOW DID IT GO:
We highlighted the points of the issues and solutions of the topics we researched and displayed them well into the powerpoint without making it too complicated.
We struggled to put across individual causes as it is all caused by the same topic – climate change
We found and also tried to create different letters using branches.
WHAT TO DO NEXT WEEK:
We have the task of creating a symbol or word through the process of growing cress.
We went with the idea of growing the cress in the shape of a spillage, this will be put inside a toy dump truck, this came from the idea of wanting to juxtapose the things that harm nature – the plastic dump truck toy and how rubbish is dumped into the oceans with then nature which is the cress.
